Failure to obtain bidding documents through legal channels：Participation in bidding is not allowed..（2）★資質(zhì)要求及證明文件：投標(biāo)人應(yīng)在投標(biāo)時(shí)提供中華人民共和國應(yīng)急管理部認(rèn)可的認(rèn)證機(jī)構(gòu)（ABS，DNV，BV，CCS）之一頒發(fā)的系統(tǒng)型式認(rèn)可證書 ?！颮equirements of Qualification of Bidder and Certificate：Bidders shall provide a system type approval certificate issued by one of the certification bodies recognized by the Ministry of Emergency Management of the People's Republic of China (ABS, DNV, BV, CCS) at the time of bidding.（3）★業(yè)績(jī)要求Requirement for Bidder's reference：2019 年 1 月 1 日至投標(biāo)截止日（以合同簽署時(shí)間為準(zhǔn)），投標(biāo)人應(yīng)具有至少1個(gè)合同的導(dǎo)管架平臺(tái)的外加電流陰極保護(hù)及監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的供貨業(yè)績(jī)，該業(yè)績(jī)導(dǎo)管架應(yīng)用水深不低于100米，投標(biāo)人須提交業(yè)績(jī)表及相關(guān)證明文件。業(yè)績(jī)證明文件包括但不限于：1）銷售合同和 2）用戶簽字或蓋章的到貨驗(yàn)收材料（到貨驗(yàn)收單或 調(diào)試驗(yàn)收?qǐng)?bào)告或其他可以證明合同項(xiàng)下貨物已經(jīng)到貨驗(yàn)收的有效證明材料）。投標(biāo)人所提交的業(yè)績(jī)證明文件必須至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同簽署時(shí)間、合同簽署頁（應(yīng)有雙方蓋章）、制造商名稱、貨物名稱、導(dǎo)管架應(yīng)用水深及到貨驗(yàn)收材料（到貨驗(yàn)收單或調(diào)試驗(yàn)收?qǐng)?bào)告或使用方出具的有效證明文件）。未提交業(yè)績(jī)證明文件，或所提供的業(yè)績(jī)證明文件無法認(rèn)定滿足上述業(yè)績(jī)要求的，均視為無效業(yè)績(jī)。From January 1, 2019 to the deadline for bidding (subject to the time of contract signing), the bidder shall have at least 1 contract for the supply performance of applied current cathodic protection and monitoring system for conduit rack platforms, the water depth of the conduit rack application of this performance is not less than 100 meters, and the bidder shall submit the performance table and relevant supporting documents. The performance documents include but are not limited to: 1) sales contract and 2) arrival and acceptance materials signed or stamped by the user (arrival and acceptance sheet or commissioning and acceptance report or other effective documents that can prove that the goods under the contract have been arrived and accepted).The performance documents submitted by the bidder must at least reflect the following contents: contract signing time, contract signing page (should be stamped by both parties), manufacturer's name, goods name, water depth of the conduit rack application, and arrival and acceptance materials (arrival and acceptance sheet or commissioning and acceptance report or valid documents issued by the user).Failure to submit performance documentation, or if the performance documentation provided cannot be determined to meet the above performance requirements, will be considered invalid performance.
